Dentro de este ciclo pude aplicar un poco más una mejor dieta y rutina de ejercicio.
Mantuve mi régimen de tomar 2 vasos grandes de agua por la mañana, uno de ellos con una gota de Naranja o Limón antes de ir a entrenar en ayunas al menos 2 horas al gimnasio.
Durante la comida no fallaba mi Digest y algunas veces un sobre de Berry Blast para acelerar mi metabolismo y tener más energía. Y por la noche otros 2 vasos grandes de agua natural.
Evitaba lo más posible consumir azúcares añadidas y lo sutituía por alguna fruta o cacao.
Espero el siguiente ciclo poder tener mejores resultados y se noten aún más que ahora.
