Hola mi nombre David Tovar Amezola, tengo 68 años de edad.
Me he inscrito en el Reto no muy continuo desde hace años y medio y para mi he cambiado mi forma de vida, mejorando continuamente, primeramente en el de bajar peso donde gane varias ocasiones desde el 2od, 3er y 1er lugar y ahora con el de mejorar mi físico.
