Hola comunidad, espero se encuentren muy bien.

En este ciclo me encontré con pequeños retos en cuestión de comida: cosas que no debería comer y algunos días que no tuve la malteada. Con el resto de la línea de nutrición no hubo tanto desabasto.

Con el entrenamiento dejé un poco de lado trotar, me mantuve asistiendo a yoga y retomé algunas clases en el gimnasio con la maestra que se había ausentado. Lo que ya no dejo son las caminatas después de la comida y a veces antes del desayuno.

De a poco estoy retomando el ritmo que tenía hace algunos años y, lo más retador para mí, mantener masa magra.
