Hola comunidad, un gusto terminar un ciclo más.

Con los retos que traen la temporada, entre días fríos y comidas navideñas pero a fin de cuentas y al ver las fotos del después, estoy muy conforme con el resultado (incluso bajé medio kilo, 64.5)

Disminuyó un poco la actividad de caminatas/trotes por las temperaturas bajas pero traté de mantener los ejercicios de fuerza, y gracias a la línea de nutrición es más fácil mantener el rumbo: mis favoritos son SuperGreens, Enzimas, Berry blast, Repair, Probióticos y por supuesto la malteada.
