Estoy super emocionado y muy contento por terminar este reto, porque gracias a esta suplementación, me esta ayudando mucho para tener muy buen rendimiento en mis competencias de squash.
Yo inicio mi día con mis Repair Ultra y me voy a entrenar, ya en mi entreno tomo SuperGreens y al terminar mi entreno ingiero mi Shake de chocolate delicioso.

Ya en la escuela tomo mi desayuno con Essential Vitamins.

Por la tarde antes de ir al trabajo en mi comida tomo otras vitaminas y una Digest Ultra.

Por la noche tomo otra ración de Shake y una gomita de Ultra para mi recuperación; y si tengo doble sesión de entreno, al acostarme tomo YOR Repair Ultra.
