La disciplina me ha ayudado mucho para ser constante en correr sin importar la hora y el clima. En estas 8 semanas me dediqué a mi objetivo que era entrar a mi primer carrera de 10k. Y lo logré bajando 10 min al tiempo que hacía en mis entrenamientos, me ayudó mucho el Berry blast antes y durante la carrera, así como el Repair para la recuperación muscular después del ejercicio.
