Day one of the challenge was a moment of joy for myself. I was really looking forward to this moment. I wanted to know what progress I could make for myself and the new body I could show when I go on vacation.
During the 8-weeks I used on daily base Supergreens, Fiberplus, Repair Ultra and Probiotica Ultra. At breakfast I made as daily routine my shake which includes: greens, fiber, 1/2 water and 1/2 tropical juice.
The Repair I took after each training session and last but not least the Probiotica before I went to bed.
My Training schedule was organised and planned from day 1.
I just went to a new fitness centre where they had a TRX to train with. Awesome invention this piece of equipment and as you can see it gives you incredible results in combination with the YOR-products.
The soccer seasons was over at the end of may, so I started to go outside for some running sessions on a athletic course (two times a month) and I did some forrest/nature running in a nearby outdoor cross fit course (once in two weeks).
the differences between the ways of training described above gave me the motivation to feel and see a great result.
Last but not least, I have been sick for about 1,5 week... Still used the product during my illness but way less training hours.
During those 8-weeks I passed a lot of obstacles on personal level. Close friends thought I was mad by training a lot of times and following a structured schedule, but I knew and only I did where I was training for.
I was determined and focused on what I wanted to accomplish, so afterwards (since yesterday) I receive some respects and likes from family and friends. The challenge has also helped me to accomplish something on my own and the result have built up even more confidence.
