Hola comunidad, espero se encuentren muy bien.
Con un viaje inesperado de dos semanas pensé que iba a terminar con más peso y medidas que cuando empecé, pero la báscula bajó de 63 a 62 kg. Estando en casa es cuando me apliqué en el régimen alimenticio y también estoy retomando el ayuno intermitente.
De la línea de nutrición, tomo prácticamente de todo, mis favoritos son SuperGreens, enzimas digestivas, repair, berry blast y la malteada (cuando hay).
En este ciclo pude centrarme más en sesiones de fuerza corporal y de a poco estoy retomando las caminatas.
