Me siento increible de haber concluido el reto, cada vez me acerco mas a mi objetivo gracias al plan que he decido tomar, antes de iniciar el reto estaba bien pero como he ido avanzando me siento genial, al combinar la rutina de ejercicio, alimentacion y cuidar sobre todo este ultimo ya que antes me mal pasaba mucho y hoy todo mejora cada vez mas, pero lo he podido lograr gracias a mis suplementos de yor healt, enzimas digestiva, reparadoras, Amp, maletada, green, probioticos, gracias a todo esto me vuelvo a sentir con mas confianza y recupero mi cuerpo y por supuesto cuidadando mi salud !!!
