Hola! Terminé este ciclo!!! Y me siento bien con los resultados pero aún tengo mucho camino que recorrer!!!

Veo la báscula bajar pero no me veo mucho cambio en las fotos y eso me desanima un poco :( de verdad que le he echado muchas ganas pero no veo mucho cambio.

Me he ejercitado 5 días a la semana y estoy haciendo ayuno de 18 horas. Para abrir mi ventana siempre utilizo el Supergreens con Fiber y para cerrar mi ventana de alimentación tomo el Shake, este último momento de comida es mi favorito, amo el sabor del Shake y mezclado con fresas o mango me encanta!!! También la sensación de ligereza al dormir y levantarme, uff es increíble!!!

Me encanta estar en el reto y sentirme parte de una comunidad donde todos estamos involucrados con estar en forma.

Los veo el próximo reto!!!
