Although I don't have the biggest physical transformation, I did develop more motivation to reach my health goals everyday on the challenge. Since starting the challenge, I've been more consistent on my health more than I have been in my entire life. My goal was to work out 6-7 days a week and make healthier meal choices. While some weeks I was able to do that, there were weeks where I didn't. In the past, I would give up for weeks, sometimes even months but there is something about the YOR Best Body Challenge that just kept picking me back up!! Maybe it was all of the motivational pictures and quotes from YOR Health Facebook fan page or seeing all of the challengers posting their progress, meals and workouts online. All I know is that I don't want to stop here and I am going to keep challenging myself to become stronger in every aspect of my health!! I took almost every single product on the YOR Health line every single day (Berry Blast, Vitamins, Digest, Fiber, MRP, Repair, Probiotics, and Super Greens every now and then). I am excited to keep building my disciplines and habits for my health and look forward to achieving my goals for the next challenge!!! =)
