Hola, estoy muy contento por terminar este reto, porque gracias a esta suplementación me está ayudando mucho para tener muy buen rendimiento en mis competencias de squash.
Inicio mi día con mis YOR Repair Ultra y me voy a entrenar. En mi entreno tomo YOR SuperGreens y al terminar mi entreno ingiero mi YOR Shake de chocolate delicioso.
Ya en la escuela tomo mi desayuno con YOR Essential Vitamins.
Por la tarde, antes de ir al trabajo, en mi comida tomo otras vitaminas y un YOR Digest Ultra.
Por la noche tomo otra ración de YOR Shake y una gomita de Ultra para mi recuperación. Y si tengo doble sesión de entreno, al acostarme tomo YOR Repair Ultra.
En los días de entreno de doble sesión me tomo YOR Repair Ultra al levantarme y al acostarme, mi YOR Shake dos veces al día, Ultra gotas por la mañana y por la noche Ultra gomitas, YOR Essential Vitamins en cada comida, y en la mañana con mi YOR SuperGreens + YOR Berry Blast, lo cual me ayuda mucho a mantenerme fuerte y concentrado.
