Hola. Soy Berta De Loera Sánchez, tengo 62 años.

Me inscribí al reto para acompañar a mi esposo. En otros retos, algunos no los terminaba ó lo más que bajaba era a 78 kg y después recuperaba, mi reto era no volver a ver el 80 en la báscula.

Esta vez fuimos con nutriólogo, por qué con la edad, cada vez es más difícil.

Hago 6 días por semana 50 minutos de caminata, e sido constante y e aprendido a comer más saludable. El nutriólogo me dijo que Ropa que me quedara floja, me deshiciera de ella y he logrado deshacerme de al menos 4 pantalones y 6 blusas, antes era talla 14 y 16 y ahora he comprado 10 y 12. Y tenia ropa que me gustaba y no me quedaba, y ahora la he vuelto a usar. ????
