Hola buenas tardes!! Estoy contenta de haber terminado este reto, baje 3 kilos y mejore mucho mi condición física, hago 100 sentadillas diarias y muchos ejercicios para brazo, cómo son difíciles los brazos!! Creo que tardaré varios meses en lograr disminuir la flacidez, han bajado de volumen, pero las alitas son complicadas, tengo mucho más fuerza en el abdomen, logro hacer diferentes ejercicios de abdomen en una rutina, pero tampoco baja gran cosa, aunque lo siento me as fuerte y firme, mis piernas han mejorado mucho resisto ejercicios que antes no podía más que 5 minutos y ahora aguanto 20 minutos sin problema alguno, me siento más contenta, animada y fuerte, llegó a la noche con mejor ánimo y menos cansada que antes y ya no me duele la espalda, ni la cintura!!! Realmente el ejercicio ha hecho una gran diferencia!!! Los suplementos que consumo son shake, fiber y super green como desayuno, digest en la comida y probióticos repair en ayunas, me siento muy contenta de estar caminando mis hábitos, gracias Yor health.
