Hola, mi nombre es Vero Aquino y estoy muy contenta de mi proceso y los resultados obtenidos en este reto, mi meta aún es más grande sin embargo todo empieza paso a paso, hoy concluyó un reto más y aunque tuve dentro de este reto algunas situaciones de salud y me impidió la constancia en el ejercicio, con los suplementos pude ver resultados, por la mañana al despertar tomo yor probiótics y yor repair desayuno mi supergreens, mi yor shake que tengo de reserva jeje, en la tarde comía una ensalada o una pechuga, atún con mi yor digest ultra y por las noches unas quesadillas con mi yor digest ultra.
