Este reto fue diferente porque me comprometi no solo a consumir los productos, sino tambien a modificar habitos alimenticios esto es debido a una complicacion de higado que tuve durante estas 8 semanas.
Por la mañana iniciaba con jugos verdes junto con el supergreens. 1 enzimas digestiva y 1 reparadora junto con CBD.
Por la tarde continuaba con mi alimento normal y consumia 1 enzima digestiva y CBD
Por la noche despues de cenar ligero.
Ya para dormir utilizaba un probiotico y 2 enzimas reparadoras junto con CBD.
Esto genero un cambio interno no solo en mi cuerpo sino tambien en mi energia que me llevo a sentirme completamente diferente a los periodos anteriores.
