El objetivo en este reto fue disminuir talla y logré disminuir 1 cm en cada brazo, 2 cm del muslo izq, 1 en el derecho, 2 cm de cintura y 1 cm de cadera, en total fueron 8 cm en mis medidas, y de peso me mantuve igual, estoy contenta, mi ropa me queda mejor, no cambie de talla, pero si me queda más cómodo y en dónde más lo noto es en los brazos, puede parecer poco 1 cm, pero ya me puedo poner ropa sin mangas, con tranquilidad de que no se ve celulitis, las alitas de vampiro aun no ceden por completo, pero se nota mucho la diferencia, por otro lado, los pantalones y mallones ya no me aprietan, incluso algunos están flojos, eso me alegra mucho. En cuanto al abdomen sigue siendo reacio a disminuir grandemente, solo en el primer reto hubo un cambio muy fuerte, luego ha sido lento pero constante.
