Inicie el RETO con 61.200 kgs y hoy mi peso es de 60 kgs.
Aproveche la promocion de verano del YOR DAILY PACK y me ayudo a tener mayor organización para tomarme mis suplementos YOR.
Mi dia inicia con un SUPER GREENS antes de salir a caminar 45 minutos. Despues de desayunar hago mi rutina Curves por 30 minutos e inmediatamente al terminar tomo mi MRP. Mi combinación favorita es 1 scoop de vainilla y 1 scoop de chocolate. Antes de cada comida tomaba el sobre de MEAL. Y al dormir, el sobre de RISING/BEDTIME.
Camino 45 minutos 6 dias a la semana, y la rutina Curves 30 minutos por 5 dias de la semana.
Estoy muy feliz de iniciar y aun mejor terminar el RETO, me he dado cuenta que las metas con pequeños pasos se pueden lograr. Con este RETO baje 1.368 kgs de GRASA.
