Buen día comunidad, espero se encuentren bien. Terminando un ciclo más y satisfecho por el resultado que veo en las fotos.
A pesar que esta última semana no tuve el entrenamiento habitual y quedarme corto con el peso que buscaba, lo que hice las anteriores fue suficiente (sesiones de fuerza con mancuernas, cardio y coordinación, caminatas y trote).
