I used the whole Yor Health product line, but my favorite products would have to be the Chocolate MRP, Complete Burn, and Digest Ultra.
I would take a MRP shake at least 1-2x a day. So that way I can reduce my calorie intake. I used complete burn whenever I work out to burn off the fat. I would take Digest Ultra before a snack/meal so it can digest my food better.
Prior to taking Yor Health products I wouldn't be able to use the restroom for 2-3 days and the day I would finally be able to I would find that there is blood in my stool.
I was never able to express that out because I felt ashamed of my body. My self worth wasn't there because of past traumatic experiences. It wasn't until after taking the products I'm able to use the restroom 2-3x a day! I no longer have to witness the blood in my stool. I feel healthier and happier since Yor Health products came into my life.
I exercise about 3-5x a week. I would do a stretch, 10 minute warm-up on a cardio machine, Depending on the day I would focus on a certain muscle group - chest and triceps, abs and glutes, shoulders and legs, and finally back and biceps.) Between sets instead of resting, I would jump rope for a certain amount of time, to keep my heart rate fluctuate up and down. Once I'm done doing my strength training, I would do a 30 minute cardio or interval training. Finally to end the workout I'll sit in the sauna.!
For the days I don't do strength training I usually take a Spin/Cycle class which burns about 500-550 calories a session.
I would say that the greatest impact of the 8 week challenge would be more awareness about my body and what I put into my body. I cut back a lot of fast food, I don't eat red meat or pork anymore. It's primarily a vegetarian diet except I'm grounded with poultry and seafood.
