Antes de iniciar mi segundo reto mi peso era de 55 kilos y al finalizar fue de 54.600 kilos use todos los productos como te lo señala el video en mi primer mes me aplique muy bien y había bajado 3 kilos en el mes pero en mi segundo mes salí de vacaciones y aumente lo que había bajado pero llegando de las vacaciones me aplique nuevamente y logre llegar de nuevo al peso de 54.600 el ejercicio que hice fue moderado y solo hice el 1er mes el ejercicio de calistenia y aún y no tener los resultados que me puse de meta me siento contenta porque no aumente de mas y logre mantenerme y estoy lista para mi siguiente vreto y ahora si cumplir mi meta y ganar a nivel mundial gracias yor health por cambiar mi vida.
