Before I started this 8 Weeks Challenge, i was weighing at 130 pounds. I wasn't really into sculpting or getting lean because it was always hard for me to gain any muscle mass, so i never really tried. Until, i thought to myself, since we have this 8 Weeks Challenge, I might as well represent the company well and give myself a shot. So when I started, I started taking more MRP. I would drink one before I work out and after i work out, and one before I head off to bed. I would work out every day, for 45 minutes to 1 hour. My schedule was Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I would do chest, shoulder, and back work outs, and Tuesday and Thursday, i would do core and leg work outs. Honestly, i wasn't really consistent with this schedule, but I still had amazing results. I gained 5 pounds of muscle. Also, taking more MRP, i noticed a lot of difference in my skin. My face got more clean and smooth, which was a plus. So throughout this challenge, I took on a healthier state in my life. I started eating more healthier such as eating more salads, watching what I eat, watching calories, drinking more water than usual, and just simply working out. Also, by taking on this challenge, I started to encourage my friends and relatives to understand health and fitness more. I love this company, and how it's able to change us physically and mentally. This is just the beginning, and I can't wait to become a Champion.
