Al empezar el reto pesaba 92 kG. al cierre del reto mi peso fue de 81 kG.
Use Yor MRP y Yor Supergreens para sustituir algunos alimentos todos los dias y YorRepair ( dos al día ).
Caminaba y trotaba una hora diaria y el día que no salía a trotar nadaba una hora aproximada.
A parte de sustituir alimentos por Yor MRP deje de comer comida chatarra tan frecuentemente y comencé a comer más frutas y verduras.
Me siento más cómodo conmigo mismo, más saludable y con mejor condición física. Ahora me gusta mas la comida saludable que la comida rápida y pienso seguir haciendo ejercicio todos los días.
