Por fin! logre iniciar este camino con el pie derecho,
de pesar 69 kg (flácido)dentro de mi rango de peso ideal a los 67 kg que alcance, me siento super.
Estos resultados no los logre hace 9 años en el gimnasio con entrenador personal pagado y tomando los suplementos que me vendieron y con dieta rigurosa.
