I can't believe group 11 is over! I started this challenge saying to myself that it was going to be tough to sculpt and go from 178lbs to 170lbs since I have already lost 42lbs in the challenges before this one. If we want change, we have to change. I remember last year saying the same things about my weight since due to the car accident I had injured my back. So for the first half of this challenge from June 1st to June 30th I decided to go vegan! It was very difficult for a 28 year habit to be changed so quickly. But because of the support of everyone on the challenge and with my best body set I was able to stay consistent on my regimen which helped with my commitment to be fit. Within the first month I had dropped about 4lbs with minimal exercise due to my back injury. As for the second part of the challenge I continued to eat cleaner but started to introduce meats slowly. Surprisingly I had dropped another 6lbs by working out a little more (walking, some running, some gym time) increasing my meal portions and chugging down water!!! I was taking 2 to 3 Yor Shakes a day!!! I must say I love Yor Berry Blast with Yor Chocolate Shake!!! Overall I feel great about my results as I didn't expect to exceed my target goal which was 170lb. My end weight was 168lbs!!!!! Now because of my faith in the products and confidence with my current results I will push to greater heights! Going into the next mens sculpt I promise to show more definition and work my core to strengthen my posture and back! 160lbs at might height will be done!!!
