Los productos son lo mejor, y el reto es el mejor movimiento, empeze este ciclo con ganas y con todo y empeze a notar diferencias, principalmente en el abdomen, una enfermedad fuerte me hizo dejar el ejercicio pero gracias a los productos pude mantenerme sin disminuir peso o aumentar, no fueron los mejores resultados pero estoy listo para el proximo reto llevarlo a fondo.
