Hola mi nombre es Juan Antonio tengo 16 años me considero un chavo entusiasta en todo lo que hago , me gusta el deporte y la vida sana cuando me comentaron de los productos de yor health me intereso muchísimo por que te enseñan a tener un estilo de vida sano y mi propósito es tonificar mi cuerpo.
Mi peo era de 65kg y subí de músculo a los 66.900
8:00am:
En ayunas acabando de despertar tomaba yor repair y los probioticos
11:00am:
Desayunaba un licuado de súper greens, fiber plus, y el MRP y quedaba totalmente satisfecho
2:00pm:
Hacia mi comida normal y al acabar tomaba el digest y mis dos tabletas de vitaminas
6:00pm:
Yo normalmente de lunes a viernes hago ejercicio aproximadamente 1:30 y si mi día estuvo pesado y no tenía energía tomaba un sobré de barry blast
8:00pm
Regresando del Gym tomaba un MRP con una cucharada extra para subir masa muscular
10:00pm:
Cenaba y acabando una tableta de digest y mis dos tabletas de las vitaminas
Y ese era mi día tratando de ser lo más constante posible y también evitando todas las comidas con sal y azúcar elimine por completo el refresco y es muy importante el cardio yo hago 4hrs a la semana.
Yor health me a cambiado mucho físicamente y mental también. Soy un nuevo yo ya que soy más constante y mi concentración aumentó.
