Eight weeks ago I saw a few friends posting their success with this challenge on social media. I was so inspired by their before and after photos that I knew I had to join the challenge myself. Knowing that the results would depend on my effort and hard work, I simply decided to dedicate myself to this challenge and complete it! Today I am proud to say that my dedication and hard work have paid off! I have lost 12 pounds and have dropped two dress sizes!
I am very fortunate to have a very active job. I am a nanny for 3 busy boys in Manhattan and am on my feet most of the day. I have always considered myself to be in pretty good shape, but at age 29 I have lost the sporty figure I had in High School. After looking at my before pictures I got even more motivated to make a change in my body! I started taking every day the Daily Vitamin Packs with the Ultra Digest, Probiotics, Repair Ultra and Vitamins. I replaced two meals a day with a Yor MRP shake, and took the Complete Burn two times a day before meals. What surprised me the most is how great I felt and the increased energy I had!! The shakes are delicious and are actually quite filling. Each day I would try to plan a very healthy main meal (usually lunch) in which I would eat a lot of protein (ie. grilled chicken) and vegetables (asparagus or corn). Whenever I needed a snack throughout the day I would mix up a Super Greens juice and eat something light like sliced cucumber and tomato with hummus. Now I certainly was not adhering to this schedule perfectly - I allowed myself to have an ice-cream now and then or a glass of wine or a slice of pizza with friends. My main focus was not to deprive myself of treats, but to re-train my mind into making healthier choices and adopt a lifestyle change. A few friends have asked if I have been workout at the gym, and I honestly have not -- but I do play basketball with friends a few times a week and I do a lot of walking around the city. Overall I am so thrilled that I entered this challenge and am very proud of myself for not only finishing strong but seeing and feeling the great results from these products! Thank You, Yor Health!
