Mi peso antes del reto era de 85.5kg, y mi peso final fue de 83, la meta era bajar 5kg hasta 80.5kg, baje la mitad de lo planeado.
Tomaba SUPER GREENS, MRP, REPAIR y BerryBlast. La frecuencia que los tomaba deberia de ser diaria, los dias que hacia ejercicio tenia cierta combinacion y los dias que no hacia ejercicio era otra combinacion de productos. Por mi rutina de viaje no todos los dias podia programar tomar los productos en la frecuencia programada y creo que eso afecto un poco en el resultado final del RETO.
La frecuencia con la que hago ejercicio es de 3 veces por semana, tres horas diarias en promedio.
El desafio me enseño que se necesita seguir los pasos programados lo mas apegado al plan inicial para poder llegar al resultado esperado desde un principio, de lo contrario, las variaciones haran que el resultado pueda ser distinto.
