Hola!!, yo estoy muy contento con el reto de 8 semanas, ya que me ha dado la oportunidad de empezar a hacer cosas que antes no sabia muy a menudo, como tener una mejor alimentación, hacer algo de ejercicio, ayudandome claramente de los productos que desde que entre no he podido dejarlos de tomar.
En este reto yo me tome principalmente el Mrp de Chocolate, enzimas digestivas, fiber plus y supergreens todos los dias en su debido tiempo.
En cuanto al ejercicio digamos que lo empece a hacer dos veces o tres veces por semana cierto ejercicios en casa por 30 minutos.
Me emocione tanto al ver los resultados, que me di cuenta que si le meto mejor disciplina en el ejercicio y en la alimentación, mis resultados con la ayuda de los suplementos, tendrian mejores resultados, y eso me dio esperanza y digamos una motivación enorme en compartir este plataforma del reto con mas gente.
