Este es mi 3 ciclo y cada vez me siento más feliz y más satisfecha con lo que logrado 8 semanas a la vez, aunque no logre llegar a mi peso ideal, sólo baje 1 kilo, pero si logré bajar de medidas.
Llevo una dieta balanceada que consiste en 5 comidas y las complemento con Yor Health y los consumo de la siguiente manera:
Probióticos: en ayunas
Repair: 1 en ayunas y 1 en antes de dormir
Yor shake: después de mi rutina de ejercicio
Fibra: en la mañana
Supergreens: antes de dormir
Vitaminas: 2 en la mañana y 1 en la tarde
Digest: 1 con cada comida
Berry: ocasionalmente
Mi rutina de ejercicio consiste en 20-40 minutos de cardio, 2 series de abdominales y pesas y por lo menos una vez a la semana clase de spinning.
Voy por otro ciclo más porque quiero mejorar mis resultados y se que si se puede en tan sólo 8 semanas.
