The Best Body Eight week Challenge had a positive impact on my life. I went from sitting on the couch watching TV eating chips, to replacing that time in the gym and eating just a little healthier while taking the products. Granted it was a slight change in weight from 166 to 171, I did feel a lot better than before I started the challenge. The products used to get to my final weight were MRP, Supergreens, BerryBlast,Repair Ultra, and Digest Ultra. These Products were taken as often as I worked out, which would be four to five times a week. My transformation may not have been the best, but the lifestyle it has created for me is a good foundation for better health.
