I've been taking Yor Health products for a few months now but never took them 100% seriously, always been on and off from month to month but this time, for my 8 week challenge, I thought I should really give these products a proper go for my 8 weeks.
The only products I used were YOR Health, didn't use any other products or supplements in my 8 weeks. I took my supplements daily and kept myself to a strict routine, even set reminders on my iPhone so I wouldn't forget.
I was at the gym between 5-6 times a week which is no different from before I started, only difference was I had more energy and was more focused in my final results. I did notice a lot more people looking at me during my routines at the gym which in its own way was a sign my progress was getting better.
I will continue to take YOR Health products as I see them as more beneficial than any other products I've had before. It truly was an up and down experience but now that i see my final results, ill continue my progress and training in the future.
