Haber entrado al reto y conocer Yor Health fue de las cosas mas importantes en mi vida, hace 2 meses y medio sufría de colesterol y trigliceridos altos y había tenido una parálisis facial que me llevo a una situación de salud muy mala, empece a tomar los productos y cambie radicalmente mi alimentación y al dia de hoy deje de tomar el medicamento para trigliceridos y colesterol y mi sentir con mi salud, cuerpo y apariencia ha sido el mejor regalo que me pudo dar Yor Health.
Los productos los tomaba de la siguiente manera y por la cuestión de la parálisis y como sentia demasiado caliente la cara cuando me ejercitaba solo hice poco ejercicio medio mes:
al levantarme 1 probiotico, 1 malteada con o sin fibra , media mañana 1 digest fruta y yogurth , comida muchas verduras, muchas ensaladas , pollo, pescado, atún 1 digest antes de comer, media tarde 1 medida de super greens con 1 sobre de berry blast, en la noche 1 malteada , en total baje 6 kilos en las 8 semanas y seguire con mi segundo ciclo hasta llegar a bajar un total de 12 kilos que es mi meta .
