Bonjour, je suis dessinateur en génie civil de profession. Je suis représentant indépendant Yor Health depuis 2ans et demi et je vais me mettre à 100% dans cette activité tout prochainement. Le Best Body Challenge était pour moi une façon d’allier le sport et ma transition professionnel, mais aussi et surtout d’améliorer mon style de vie, c'est-à-dire ne pas boire d’alcool, ne pas boire de soda, boire que de l’eau, manger minimum 5 fruits/légumes par jour, manger équilibré et faire du sport le plus souvent possible. Mes objectifs étaient de perdre de la masse adipeuse, de sculpter les muscles et de vivre sainement. Durant ces 8 semaines, le matin j'ai pris mes vitamines, le probiotique et un jus frais maison où je mixe 1-2 fruits avec de l’eau et le Super green. Pour les 9 :00 je mange 2-3 fruits, à midi je mange un repas équilibré fait à la maison que je réchauffe au bureau. Le soir je mange un repas équilibré à la maison et je prends mes vitamines.
