I've been on YOR products since fall 2011, but I didn't start working out at that time. Prior to the challenge I was 170lbs and managed to drop to 152lbs. From there I started to incorporate all the Yor shakes(MRP, Fiber, supergreens) and Yor capsules( like complete burn) in with my workouts and i managed to gain 16lbs through the challenge.
I was never an athletic or physically fit person, the most i did was wrestling in high school. I would take the shakes pre & post workout, and take the capsules after i ate.
I was scared to workout because id look like a fool who didn't know routines, but luckily my friend Con Le helped me get on the right track. I started working 3 times a week, until i became consistent on 5 times a week.
For me the impact the challenge did for me is help me get on the track to get in the best shape of my life! After wrestling was over i visualized myself being overweight because of the amount of food ate, and my lack on knowledge of food. My "healthy" was a McChicken from Mcdonalds®, luckily that all changed haha. Exercising & YOR products also lets me eat 6+ times a day which definitely makes me happy. Future looks bright!! I cant wait to see how far I can take my body!!
