After I finish my first 8 weeks cycle and I got to hit my goal of losing 7 pounds I decided to take my results to another level and get some abs!
I got the sculpt set and started working out more consistently. I really took my goal serious because i always wanted to tone up my body and have a good shape but i didnt take my health that serious until i started doing this challenge. Its amazing to see how great you can feel and look after really challenging yourself to take care of your health and body. I feel great and i am so excited because this is just the beginning of my transformation. Thanks to the 8 week challenge i been able to finally change my diet, energy and most importantly have better nutrition.
