This last 8-week Challenge was very exciting. I missed my goal of weight loss and I seem to have some difficulty reducing the fat around my waist, my muscle mass has significantly increased! One of my biggest concerns was the loss of muscle mass since I turned 40. Every day I see people, barely older than me, committed to a wheel chair or dragging an oxygen tank, or people walking at a very slow pace. Therefore the fact that my body is getting in shape again is extremely exciting.
I usually have one Probiotic Ultra and two Yor Repair upon rising (plus a Complete Burn) and one Probiotic Ultra and two Yor Repair before going to bed, one MRP with Yor Fiber for breakfast and a Digest Ultra with my lunch and dinner. I also include a Super Greens with either orange juice or fresh vegetable juice.
My level of energy is excellent and I have been going to the Gym at least 4 times a week for 60-80 minutes. My exercise routine includes walking uphill and jogging 2 miles and various resistance exercises.
