Empecé el YOR Best Body Challenge porque me encantan los retos y para cuidar de mi cuerpo y hoy termina mi primer ciclo. Por la mañana, tome MRP con fibra alguna colación comida y el SG lunes martes y miércoles en la primera colación y jueves y viernes tomo el SG en la 2da colación y por las noches tomo también MRP con fibra
Regularmente hago 1 hora de cardio ( crossfit, taebo, zumba, spinning entre otras ) y media de aparatos
Estoy satisfecho con mis resultados el cambio que estoy teniendo en mi cuerpo me hace sentir una persona más segura de mi misma no llegue a la meta en peso pero creo q el cambio en talla es notorio y me gustaría mucho continuar con el segundo ciclo
