This challenge allowed me to really stay focused on the physical fitness of my life. My wife and I gained weight when she was carrying our daughter, Kossette. After she was born, we became swamped down with our responsibilities topped with a newborn into our schedules. Because of the gain in weight, I was at 165 lbs. I decided to use that cushion and really size up with the sculpt challenge, aiming to put on more muscle weight to reach 170 lbs.
In the process, I used MRP, Completeburns, Supergreens, and Digest Ultra the most. I also went to the gym at least 3 days a week for high weights and low rep exercises. My average weight for the last 8 years have been at 150 and this is definitely pushing myself to the next level.
I was not able to reach 170 lbs this cycle, but I have definitely become stronger. This gets me excited because I know as the future cycles come up, I will be able to build the muscle mass I was aiming for and at that point, focus on shredding weight. New peaks, challenges, and limits.
