Es este, mi segundo ciclo completo, estuve tomando malteada, digest, quemador, súper greens y reparador. Me ayudaron mucho porque empece a hacer ejercicios diferentes, cambie un poco las rutinas de TRX a Crossfit.
Lo que si me di cuenta es que ahora fue más fácil mantenerme, ya siento el ejercicio como un hábito y ese es el chiste, hubo días en que no hacia nada, y mi cuerpo me pedía algo, igual con la comida, cuando me salía del régimen no me sentía con la misma energía.
Estoy muy contenta, nuevamente baje de peso que no era mi meta, pero tonifique más el área de brazos y piernas que es lo que quería, y la buena condición la reflejo en mi rendimiento diario, en casa, en el trabajo en yor Health y hasta en el ánimo!
