Hello, my name is Angie and I reside in San Diego, CA. My really good friend Michelle Dang introduced me to YOR Health. I was awe-inspired by Vanessa Marin testimonial, that she gave me hope to want to change my health. About a year ago on August 3, 2012, I was in a tragic car accident where my car flipped over three times. I was knocked out unconsciously during the accident and that’s where I woke up in a hospital bed with severe pelvis and bone injuries. As a result of not being able to walk for several months, over time it had gotten worse where it led me gaining over 30 lbs. Before the accident, I was at 106 lbs. I had reached my heaviest weight and on top of that growing up I've had many digestives issues and I didn’t realize it was serious when I had 5 ulcers by the age of 16 and having my appendix ruptured. It was painful for me to eat certain foods and I had to be careful with what I ate because of my ulcers. I remember there were times I would go as long as 5 days without having any bowel movements and that was painful for me growing up. All my life, I I’ve always been skinny fat. I had a gut, but no definition in the abdominal area. I would always exercise and tried to eat correctly, but nothing seemed to work. Especially after the accident, I tried everything I could to get back to my original weight goal. It was discouraging and I lost hope and thought it was meant for me to be like this. But when I was educated about the products and about nutrition, I started using the product line. Right away, I noticed the energy and how it helped with my digestive system. Also, I started noticing how much of a difference it had an effect on my skin and how it started to clear up. During the 8-week challenge, I have been able to drop a total of 18 pounds and my digestive system has improved where I now have a regular digestive system! My daily regimen: I start with 2 probiotic and 2 repairs. I love the taste of the vanilla MRP, I call it my best friend on the go! I started with two shakes through out the day and sometimes 3. My skin started to clear up with the super greens shake and I would drink it twice a day. Before Yoga I started to take 1 complete burn as well when I jogged twice a week around my block.
