The 8-Week Challenge has been THE key tool in changing my physical goals and my life long diet. I kept saying to myself, "If I could just get back to 50% of how I was when I 24yrs old." I brought into all the things people say who have not used Yor Health products. That is once you get over 30 yrs old its impossible to keep the energy and keep in shape like you was in your 20's. Well now, after this 8-week challenge, I now know I can get back into the shape I once was.
I started off at 206lbs, with a goal to be 195. I didn't reach that goal, BUT I am at 202lbs now. I feel good about this since I did lose another 4lbs of unwanted weight, and gained about 4-5lbs of muscle. My other goal was to run a 4.5 minute mile, OK a little over excited on my part. I did how ever touch a basketball rim. Something I have not done in the past decade! So for me, a 5'8.5" 38 old man, this was my VICTORY!
During this, my 2nd, 8-Week challenge I concentrated more on strengthening myself and being more aware of what I eat. I also used all of the Yor Health products. I didn't use all of them everyday, but used some of them every day.
Besides all the benefits I have seen from this 8-Week Challenge and the Yor Health products. The most valuable thing that came out of this was my family seeing my results and wanting to change up some of their daily lifestyles. Prime example: My cousin started using Yor Health products and lost 25lbs at the age of 44. She is now sexier than she was in College.
