Hola, mi peso inicial era de 92 kg y mi peso al finalizar el reto es de 89 kg para lograrlo tomaba los productos del paquete best body.
La forma en que me los tome fue la siguiente:

Por la mañana:
1 probiotico y dos repair en ayuna
MRP con una medida de fibra
2 vitaminas

Antes de la comida:
1 digest ultra
Mi comida balanciada
2 vitaminas

Cena:
MRP con una medida de fibra
2 vitaminas y dos repair

El supergreens lo tomaba a media mañana o a media tarde y el berry blast lo tomaba cuandi me sentia cansado para no tener pretexto de hacer ejercicio.

en cuanto a la frecuencia de ejercico trataba de hacer por lo menos 3 veces por semana, pero daba mi mayor esfuerzo para poder hacer los 5 dias, la rutina que hago es insanity y algo de fuerza como el tapout.
