With the 8-week challenge I was able to drop 1 lb.

I have alway been a petite person. In the past 8-weeks what really changed were a few things: I was on my product regimen, I changed my diet, and I practiced yoga more consistently.

I used the entire Yor Health product line daily. The only one I didn't usually take was the complete burn unless I worked out.

In addition with the product line I decided to change my diet. I wanted to eat cleaner and healthier. I decided to get on a strict diet of just pescatarian. I ate smaller portions and had about 3 meals a day plus 2 MRPs.

With the challenge I was more motivated to be consistent at working out. I am not a gym person but I do enjoy yoga. Through the 8-weeks I was more consistent where I would practice at least 3-5 days. With regular exercise and the Yor Health products I was able to get tone, become more flexible, and I had better energy with the Supergreens and Berryblast.

I feel I created healthier positive habits all in which made me a stronger happier person because of the confidence I developed along the way!
