Hola a todos, estoy muy contenta por los cambios que ha sufrido mi cuerpo en las últimas 8 semanas, además que siento mucha más energía y vitalidad; he bajado 10 libras y mi organismo está agradecido por eso. Todos los días me tomo los suplementos como me lo indican, probióticos por la noche, a media mañana MRP, a la hora de comer complete burns y digestic ultra, por la tarde otro mrp y la cena con otra digest ultra, estoy haciendo insanity de lunes a viernes, algunas veces sábados también.
