Eight weeks has passed since I decided to join my third cycle yorbestbody challenge towards a body transformation and I couldn't be happier.
When I started this third cycle I decided that I wanted to make changes and start living a healthy lifestyle, permanently.
I can't describe in words how it feels to look in the mirror and see a better version of myself. Since a remember I have been fighting against my weight. I tried all diets. I tried doing exercise. I tried supplements from unknown origin (ingredients), puting my life in risk.
I realized that YOR Health products are the best, but I had to change my habits if I want to keep my weight and my body in permanent shape.
I take all the products because I had a bad digestive health. Now my digestive problems have gone away. I have more energy. I have a better skin, hair and nails, etc.
The way a take my YOR Health productos in order to lose weight faster is:
At risetime I take 1 Probiotics Ultra pill and 1 Repair Ultra pill.
After shower I drink my SuperGreens with Fiber Plus.
For breakfast I have MRP (vanilla or chocolate) with some almonds.
At lunch time I take 1 Digest Ultra pill. I eat balanced meals, fish or chiken, portion of rice and vegetables.
For dinner I have MRP(vanilla or chocolate).
And bedtime I take 1 Probiotics Ultra pill and 1 Repair Ultra pill.
I take 2 Essential Vitamins pills after my breakfast, lunch or dinner MRP.
When doing exercise I take 1 Complete Burn pill half ahor before.
I have to confess that when I have a party or dinner with friend I did not drink my MRP I ate whatever was served for dinner including dessert, but along with my Digest Ultra pill.
I went to the gym 3 times a week. Some weeks I just ran 3 miles 2 times a week.
I feel lucky because of the 7 million people in the world I had the chance to know this incredible healthy lifestyle.
