My name is Charity. Before the 8-Week Challenge I had already lost a good amount of weight, but knowing it wasn't finished I was becoming frustrated with myself and my lack of progress. Feeling stuck, confused, and discouraged, my fiends urged me to join the 8-Week Challenge for a fresh start. I began to be convinced that this could refocus me, to get back on the right track. There was a lot of negativity and skepticism from my family, but I knew I was doing this for myself first. I work in a kitchen all day, and food is everywhere, so switching to healthier options when eating was a challenge in itself. Getting sugar cravings was normal, and switching to Berry Blast made me feel a lot better. In my opinion, sugar should be illegal. :0) The MRP filled me up, and calmed my cravings. I definitely was not as easy as the first time, and I didn't reach the goal I wanted to, but I know I am better than I was before.
