The Impact this challenge has made in my life, has been amazing and life changing. My start weight was 150lbs now I am at 146.5. I got ride of a total of 14.5 lbs, and during the first 12days I lost 12lb. Everyday is a new challenge to overcome I started working out everyday but because of work towards the end my only challenge to overcome was to at least run daily. The products I used to start was the slim set now I am using the promoter set. This challenge has allowed me to start a new life.
