Participating in this challenge has changed myself dramatically and has laid the foundation to incorporate perfect habits to a perfect "nutrition filled" life. First of all, I was able to reach my target weight EXACTLY at 152. To get to my final weight I used my Chocolate YOR shake once a day (as a post workout), then the second most that was used was my complete burn (to focus throughout the day). Also, on days that I wasn't taking Complete Burn, I would switch to the YOR Berry Blast (pre-workout). I found myself exercising roughly 5 times a week, the great think I've learned was that if I couldn't make it to the gym, then a simple 10-20 high-intensity workout would definitely do the trick. You don't have to all ways sets foot in the gym, sometimes it's about taking on your own initiative. This has definitely begun to change my life, for the simple fact that I've learned that when I have that big sweet tooth/tremendous cravings, I'm able to now train my brain to say "these fruits will provide the same sugar as those cookies or candy" VERY IMPORTANT.
